The Maison Noureev dates back to the 1950s: its most distinguishing feature is a solid teak deck that was built by the house's former owner, legendary ballet dancer Rudolph Noureev, so he could dance facing the immensity of the ocean.

The Maison features two master bedrooms, a private apartment (kitchen, bathroom), and a cottage (kitchen, bathroom, deck), as well as a guest cabin, and a small basin.
